Filtering #1

Needs the following filter modes: Installed, Updated, Get (on server), Local

As well as potentially: Game, Tool, and permissions

The latter would need additional support in meta.xml

When filtered, only the apps that match all active filters will be displayed and sorted

Closing this, as with Categories (#13), the heart of this issue is addressed. Any furthering filtering can be a part of Searching (#16)
