Greatly improves readability and the capability of users to quickly find info through markdown header links.

I love the changes you made, thanks! If you'd like me to remove the forced lines under the H3 headers, note that it will remove lines altogether as H3-H4 in GitHub Markdown specifically don't have header lines, only H1-H2 do. Let me know if you'd like me to remove them regardless and I will take care of it. :)
