Currently CicdInfraAsCode project allows running cdk CLI from the project root ("src" folder) level, while ProdEnvInfraAsCode project requires running cdk CLI from the directory one level above the src, making it inconsistent and confusing for lab takers, and a difficult for presenters, since this is something they need to remember.
