Suggestion: second relay port #34

Having a second relay port connected would allow for more mods to do extra communication, notably Simple Voice Chat on port 24454.

I may be dumb and it may not be that simple, but would be nice if it's possible. :)

not planned, it needs to be implemented manually for every mod that wants compat and is actually a nontrivial thing to do
