the privacy policy is that I don't want your data, I don't collect your data, and I obviously can't do anything with the data I didn't collect. I should probably publish that somewhere though
Well, by the nature of how the internet works you have to have access to the users' IP address for example.
However, your approach to this is respectable.
To minimize the chance of legal complaints, a privacy policy would be benefitial for you. Additinally, your users would have an appropriate idea of stuff like IP log retention time etc. and would trust you more because a privacy policy is legally binding.
Is there a privacy policy of your service?
