Flesh to stone does not behave like other adjacency spells (doesn't use click targeting) #12365

Buttbot's revenge is a click-targeted adjacency spell. Click spell, click person, recieve ass. Flesh to stone opens up the list of names to cast on still. WHY NOT CLICK TARGETING
