Ablative doesn't reflect beams #12713

Description of issue

When hit by (and successfully rolling for reflecting) any energy weapon that's a continuous beam instead of a projectile, the reflect message is given, but the beam is not reflected. Tested with: Lasers Wizard lightning Wizard eyebeams

Projectile energy weapons still reflect correctly. Tested with: Taser Plasma weapons

It does reflect, with a sufficiently loose definition of "reflect." image

Actually, after more testing, it does seem to fail sometimes even when the chatbox says it's reflected. Strange.

Could be related to #8396?

Its possible, but that issue was with a taser electrode, which seemed to be working fine when I tested.
