dead brain description #13245

dead brain description is just as the same as an alive brain. as stated here https://github.com/d3athrow/vgstation13/issues/13098#issuecomment-269312038 dead brains can't be transplanted but they can still be used on MMIs, so a better description could be useful to avoid confusion.

This is related to the ghost of the brain being available or not for an MMI, which ignores dead brains anyways

maybe, juts modifying the last line to

Perhaps it will regain some of its luster if connected to a proper interface...

and changing the 3° line to be slightly different between dead and alive brain.
