fax machines, photos and stamps

Description of issue

i tried to attach a photo on a paper and stamp it with the HOP stamp, then i sent it via fax from the bridge to the captain office; on the received fax only the message on the paper was visible, the photo and the stamp weren't.

by the way i also tried to send the same fax to centcomm and admins confirmed that they could see the photo and the stamp on the fax.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

expected being able to send a fax with a photo attached and a stamp to other faxes on station; it only happened when sending the fax to centcomm, not on other station fax machines.

Steps to reproduce

send faxes with stamps and attached photos on other fax machines on the station.

I once tried sending a photo from a centcomm fax and it didn't work. So yes, I can confirm this issue

It's interesting that the Centcomm fax can receive photos, but no others can.

There isn't a fax at centcomm, admins receive faxes via special tab. I mean I once spawned a fax because I wanted to send a photo but I couldn't
