Port othercode duct tape #14928

Bay/TG/whatevercode has duct tape. It's buggy, but it lets you cover someone's eyes, ears and mouth. Can also use it on their hands to cuff them.

We should port it.

I'm not sure what that is or does, but it sounds good.

@SonixApache bay had a meme PR that made you able to fix the SM a bit when it's delaminating, with duct tape.

This being bay, somebody speed merged it and then a no fun allowed shitstorm happened.

Duct taping supermatter to fix delamination doesn't even make logical sense, duct tape fixes physical damage, delamination happens due to overheating.

It'd make more sense for duct tape to patch breaches.

Delamination is related to a damage index, actually.

I'd want ducttape to do various TECHNOLOGY things like taping windows to the floor if you don't have a screwdriver and shit like that, but primarily we should just port the base functionality.

And also Bay/TG's yellow intent system, since it's fucking amazing and works well with the tape. But that aside.

Covering someone's eyes was originally part of my plan with harm-labeling, but I was too shit at the time to do it and never got around to it later

Harm labelling is a fantastic feature that's only hampered by the fact that it shits out 'helpful' messages about every possible option. A damn shame.
