Random Name/Appearance Tweak Request

I'm not exactly sure how forced random name/appearance works, but it's my understanding that it's a crap shoot that could wind up with jet black skinned, cyan-haired freaks.

So as to facilitate forced random name and appearance, I would be so thankful if someone could help to rectify this so that random appearance fell within some relative norms with regards to skin color and hair color, so that such could be forced at times without ruining the players' immersions.

While at it, it would be best to eliminate the chance receiving some of the wackier hairstyles/facial hairstyles. I am also in the school of thought that shitter appearances encourage shitter behaviors.
