A monkey can't ventcrawl with a borer inside #17932

Despite being on this whitelist, borers will keep you from ventcrawling, at least if you're a monkey. https://github.com/vgstation-coders/vgstation13/blob/b2f168eff0500f25a0140d34a5cbbeeb0c7a6379/code/_onclick/ventcrawl.dm#L15

Doesn't apply to the contortionist's jumpsuit but that apparently uses another system for this stuff. Also: doesn't apply to xenos.

326 These are doing it I'll bet. Will do more testing tomorrow. It's the flesh-hook. Confirmed it.
