Decapitated heads cant understand AI or borgs

Description of issue

When you're decapitated and waiting in your head you lose the ability to understand what silicons are saying over the radio, if you ghost you regain the ability to understand the language they speak.

I think the point is that you want to be inside your head for when they jolt you with the health analyzer but don't want to miss the excitement of the observer metaclub.

I forget how being dead works if not a ghost and inside a normal body. You can hear deadchat of course but do you get all hearing/all languages?

Anyway I'm sure the head thing has to do with the way this is set up.

From memory I'm pretty sure you get all messages but only it you already ghosted and re-entered your body.
