Tried to make the famous slime engine, but was only fed lies by DamienX in this PR https://github.com/vgstation-coders/vgstation13/pull/18257. After testing it seems my question was overlooked and rabid slimes still do not have this proper function of being fast on slime tiles like slimepeople and slimes do. I tested to make sure it works on regular slimes, just not on rabid slimes.
