Reorganize crew manifest

These jobs have no business being lumped together. At least make supply its own thing. Geneticists are listed twice under science and medical, which is stupid.

Geneticists are officially classified as both medical (cloning) and scientific (DNA research) personnel. They're supposed be in both listings.

All cross-department jobs are listed twice. Cargo should be it's own thing, though.

Those jobs are all listed together because they are civilian jobs. It isn't an issue, the HoP overseers cargo which is also a civilian job, along with the chef and bartender. And by proxy he also overseers mining since he's in charge of cargo. That's why they are all together.

It's inefficient. When I'm wondering if there are people in cargo I shouldn't have to scan through a disorganized list of scattered jobs. The Head is second from the bottom and the shaft miner and cargo tech are on opposite ends despite working in the same area of the station. It doesn't sort alphabetically or by rank. That screenshot is from a lowpop 20 man round, it does get worse.

In addition to giving hierarchy to the other sections I would suggest

Supply -QM -Cargo techs -Miners

Civilian -HoP -Bartender -Chef -Botanists -Clown -Mime -Assistants

this is because the PDA is just terrible in the first place, but at the same time The HoP should be under both Supply and Civilian because he's in charge of that entire department.

Never fixed. Should be a trivial change. Maybe closeable though, because it is trivial.
