Description

The timers on re-enting a new body, no matter what (be it mouse or borer or diona) are WAY, WAY TOO LONG.

Steps to Reproduce

Be borer, diona nymph or whatever Ghost Try to re-enter a diona nymph

What you Expected

A light cooldown that allows you to play the game while still restricting spamming the server out

What Actually Happened

Cannot do it even 29 minutes and 59 seconds later

Did someone increase it for mouse? I'm 90% sure it used to be 5 minutes for mouse

I remember when an admin removed the cooldown for mouse spawns and we stormed the ai core like D-day. That was probably one of my funner times playing. Maybe random events to lower/remove them for a brief amount of time? also lower cooldowns in general would be nice.
