You can use binoculars while using camera to dramatically increase camera range

Steps to Reproduce

Get binoculars from detective, use camera console, use binoculars

What you Expected

Nothing really, you're basically looking at console screen with binoculars, by logic

What Actually Happened

CSI MIAMI ZOOM AND ENHANCE, I CAN SEE EVERYTHING
