Feature Request: Make Tonic Water innoculate you to Parasite based infections

Description of issue

This, on paper, makes the bar a more valuable resource for those paranoidly inclined, and would provide a proper counter for when some sick fuck inevitably adds Malaria to the game using the new disease system.

It also amuses me with the fact that theoretically this could encourage power games to either break into the bar and load themselves with obscene quantities of tonic or just make gin and tonic flasks the new meta.
