Airlock controllers let you execute door commands at a unlimited range. #27300

Description of issue

You can multitool doors all across the station and then have them close and bolt or open and bolt by changing the configs on an airlock controller, like at science outpost on box, or in the machine in the incinerator

Difference between expected and actual behavior

A ranged limit on them like how access buttons are limited, though those are pretty decently ranged as well got UNLIMITED RANGE

Steps to reproduce

Multitool any door while the panel is not open, set the frequency to 1111 and the ID to 1 Now go to the incinerator and change the target of closing and opening to that ID and watch as you can bolt open or bolt closed the entire station.
