Description

The singularity doesn't grow past stage one on Horizon and is not hit by the particle accelerator.

Steps to Reproduce

Set up the singularity in front of the PA on Horizon.

What you Expected

A singularity.

What Actually Happened

A baby singularity.

I've seen a singulo on horizon

In this particular situation, which I happen to have observed, the blasts from the Particle Accelerator (which was positioned to the right of the singularity generator, about 7 tiles or so) were not being absorbed by the singularity.
