Borg + Taser bolt #28803

Short and simple, got hit with a taser bolt as borg and jittered around for the rest of the round

This has been around for a while now I ate a taser shot as an engieborg last October and had seizures for the rest of the 2 hour round, but the slow movement went away after about 10 minutes
