Description of issue

This is an elephant in the room. This is one thing that gives macro users a direct advantage over non-macro users and that should be addressed whether we want that in the game. A dump-contents macro allows you to instantaneously pour water to slip people, without revealing an inhand sprite while freeing up your hands. This even lets you pour out while resting prone.

putting a beaker/bottle in your pocket should have a chance to spill if it doesn't have it's lid You can't dump contents with a lid on right?
