Legless wizards can't cast spells without Norobes #31222

Since spells check for sandals regardless of whether you have legs, if you get spawned as a wizard without them your options become pretty limited.

Requesting for cripple wizards to spawn in a motorized wheelchair that's painted blue and for the norobes to be mandatory for the cripplewiz.

What if there were a covenant type spell you can purchase? You lose both feet, but gain norobes and a magical wheelchair.
