I think it would be neat if cargo had a Disposals oriented rapid piping device to play with. Engineering doesn't really play with the disposals much beyond repairs and if anyone is doing disposals autism it's probably cargo folk. This would also help with making use of the Automations crate.

What we really need is that one tiny ass server (cant remember the name but it had our sprites I think)'s rapid conveyor device for turbo conveyoring.

My reasoning is that gas pipes are fairly dangerous but disposal pipes can't really fuck up the entire station. Cargo has the access to actually make disposal modifications and custom loops.

You can hack an autolathe and grab the full piping device, or map in a full piping device into the mailing room, but both of those options seem less appropriate than having a dedicated disposal piping device for the mail room.

Feel free to map the engineering disposals dispenser to cargo or code a dedicated disposals pipe device. But it is mostly redundant.

the pipe dispenser machine predates TEC pipe devices, it was likely an oversight because the RPD is the primary and preferred way to lay pipe
