Description of issue
When time agents get stuck in strange vines and other types and use their back to the past power they get permanently stuck, unable to move or turn or be pulled.
Difference between expected and actual behavior
Be teleported back to previous location and be able to move.
Steps to reproduce
Be time agent, get stuck in vines. Use back to the past power.
