how much holy water and how much blood would be used per unit of time? i would think they wouldn't be equivalent amounts because of blood + square cube law, holy water would probably work differently because of supernatural

Vampires tap into the realms of ichor and nar'sie's domain to reform after getting enough blood to start the process. So I'd say 2u of blood per tick for 5 ticks until the vamp is fully regrown, 1u of holy water per tick for 3 ticks until the vamp is fully SMOTE.

Ah right right, can't forget about vampire smite and engine cooldown as well, if I recall correctly it's something like 3 ticks = 5 seconds and it takes 50/250 holy water until the vampire overheats and catches on fire Some back-of-the-napkin math will tell me that for a babby vampire they'll last about 20 minutes and 51 seconds before needing to stop and cool down the holy-water smite and a mature vampire will last about 4 minutes and 10 seconds, although you probably have bigger issues if you're trying to non-lethally detain a mature vampire Never mind the fact that as the vampire is exposed to the blood of the engine their blood level will be increasing alongside their smite level and they will eventually grow inside the engine to become mature (read: more sensitive to the holy water and will need to cool down more often as they age), meaning that if you want to have a high-power engine you'll also need a supply of young vampires on top of the holy water and blood supply, as well as potentially a humane way to dispose of the mature nuclear vampiric waste product other than running them until they melt down
