Window-based UIs are blank #35380

Description of issue

image As seen in the above image, sometimes UIs which use a pop-out window will just stop loading and instead display a totally white window. These windows in question are the Crew Manifest and Join Game windows.

Steps to reproduce

The only time I was able to reliably reproduce this was a round of Waystation in the past wherein using the GPS would cause this bug to occur and cause it to happen with every other window opened afterwards. Restarting the game would fix it, but once the GPS was interacted with again it would return.

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

I've only encountered it within the past month or two.

image I tried to play as a pretty low-stakes role to experiment further and now Goonchat has also broken.

I, too, have had this bug and found restarting the game to be the only fix. So much for htmlui superiority...
