Description of issue

The new TGUI RPD doesn't properly render image

Difference between expected and actual behavior

I'd like to see the pretty pipe sprites

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the RPD
  2. Cry

    Specific information for locating

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Since the new UI.

i have no idea why this is happening, i didn't change how icons were sent to the client at all

I've had assets fail to load like this before the ui update, I would hazard a guess that they're unrelated

Confirmed as a regression on BYOND's side for 515.1623.

+@nervere says it's 515.1621 and above. needs more verification

Adding to this: I tried playing on 515.1631 today and tile painter icons would not appear at all. Tried restarting byond, deleting the cache, etc. without success - the .png files downloaded to cache were always 0 kb when on 515.1631. Went back to 514.1589 and they were working immediately
