What this does

addresses #36540

Why it's good

Bit weird that you can't get crab claws off of angry crabs; fixes that

can it be a megamadclaw that does slightly more damage than a regular claw? since you went through the trouble and risk of getting a megamadcrab

also, change "addresses" to "closes" so the system automatically closes that issue when this gets merged.
