Description

Prior to the thermal updates, you could survive being in space for maybe 20 seconds before you pass out from being cold. With the thermal updates, you typically have about 5-8 seconds before you pass out from the cold.

For instance, I got fat in space and my spacesuit fell off. The door airlock back onto the station was about 12 tiles away and I passed out before I could reach it

I imagine space walking out of perma may be much more difficult if not impossible now. Needs to be tested

have no spacesuit in space

pass out in 20 seconds

pass out in 4 seconds

i've encountered being able to survive in space with internals only for upwards of 20 minutes before finally getting close to passing out from temp. It definitely needs looked at because its all over the fuckin place

irl youre practically dead if exposed to space for about 12 seconds

What thermal updates are you talking about here? Neither Thermal Entropy nor the fire rework touched the way hypothermia works.
