try putting on welding goggles flip them on/off overlay is applied remove them you are cursed for the rest of the round

It happens inconsistently but if you put them on/off and flip them up/down fast enough this can happen. It's strange because the overlay will keep being readded with severity 5 even without the goggles on.

i did the nearsightedness but didn't experience this, were there any runtimes? last time something similar happened was the mousehat breaking vision updates #34196
