Stopping time in an area where a shuttle is going to land will cause the shuttle's tiles in the radius to have replaced sprites. #36689

The time stop effect has to be active when a shuttle appears, and the shuttle tiles caught in the radius will show up as the tiles that were previously there, but they won't behave like the actual tiles that were there.
