Will now draw from a copied list of the game's areas rather than from the area list
The copied list will have the area that has been selected removed from it if it fails, meaning that it will gradually thin out the number of areas it will go through until it gets to an area it can select
If it can't select any, it quits
Added a tile check in case the area that is having its tiles checked is across multiple z-levels
Time-stopped targets can now be properly pushed
