Emptying a syringe of infected blood magically sterilises it, and it's perfectly safe and optimal to use the same needle to inject inaprovaline, take samples of hyper-space-aids, administer vaccines, etc etc. This is lame! I want to have a reason to fill cargo with piles of used sharps that they fear to touch, I want a dropped needle to be something you walk around instead of strolling over as if it's not full of disgusting filth.
