Description
Any surgery that starts on the mouth requires you to spam the scalpel on the patient while aiming at the mouth, which will result in a bunch of "You can't see any useful way to use the scalpel on x." and then one "You start to cut open x's face and neck with the scalpel." I don't understand how or why this happens, but it does.
