Chemistry completely bugged - plasma not reacting #642

Well, the title says it. On bleeding edge, plasma is not combining with oxygen to make dexalin for instance. Makes chemistry unplayable and medbay dysfunctional.

Butt Bot advised me to make a ticket. chem fucked

Well, later in the round it suddenly did mix when I combined the two beakers.

I should add that I've had this problem multiple times now in the last days.

Odd...
