Getting stunned off wheelchairs breaks your offset #6809

Was fucking around in the Test Server, spawned a Syndicate Wheelchair and ran into the AI Core

After getting back up, offset was clearly broken

Lacking proper sanities most likely, like not unbuckling properly

This isn't really exploitable, you can't get your offset to rise any higher than normal wheelchair height

If you can't, then that's also shitcode, because hard setting pixel_x and pixel_y is ASKING for bullshit.
