The 'where is the statistics viewer'? reference issue #9626

This shit is basically on hold for me and since I keep hearing 'where's the stats viewer why does no one know where it is', THERE YOU GO

If you want the stats viewer to get up and running faster, contribute, ask me how to contribute, ask me how it works so you can write your own because everything everyone does in this fucking codebase is wrong to SOMEONE

I don't care. If you want it to happen make it happen. The statistics viewer is written in Python using Flask and SQLAlchemy for DB things. Pomf said he'll host it when it's ready. Just needs to be coded.
