Heng Li thinks we should evaluate mapping to centromeres that are actually in the graph using CHM13 reads. See https://ucsc-gi.slack.com/archives/CJ2EHEH1A/p1719905671084099

So we should simulate some.

We now have a CHM13 sample for both HiFi and R10.
