We want:

• Memory
• Speed
• Softclip stats
• Small variant calling F1s
• SV F1s if we can get it in the Snakemake Across Illumina, Hifi, and Nanopore Giraffe (with and without hap sampling) and Minimap2 (all flavors) And all the graphs

We should plug the Snakemake together with all the new integrations and then create the giant summary table

We already have a notion of an Important Stats Table in the Snakemake.
