vg stats -C option added to report some stats on chains in the graph.
Description
I wanted to count top-level chains in some graphs for the pp paper, but couldn't figure out how to do it. This PR adds a (quick and dirty) option to vg stats that reports the size and count of chains at each level in the graph.
