[Content Selection] Improvements #319

Reset learning content scroll position every time it appears. Set LearnToRead as the first content, if available.

About "Reset learning content scroll position every time it appears.", it only works when Selecting a Language... ... when you come back from the Home, ther list always appears centered that is a nonsense. Coming back from Home we should scroll to the previously selected Content Edition (i.e. if I come back from Learn Polish, I should have Learn Polish on screen)

PS: the enter animation of the Content Edition (slide in from top) is not ideal, better have a side scrolling enter anim like for the Languages
