Right now when ayou reach LB 1.5 all the "alterations" of the 5 basic letters are unlocked, instead of only their forms and diacritics.
Alterations include the Letters marked as LetterVariations in the LetterDb, like "teh_marbuta" and "yeh_hamza".
Better leave all the control of the unlock of the letters at the PlaySessionDB.
NOTE: some letters are never unlocked in the PlaySessionDB so after this fix we should check it in depth.
