we need a kiosk mode for the Android platform,

[x] the app uses a demo player in home:kiosk -> fastcrowd.
[x] web view to opne http://antura.org/kiosk/
[x] english / italian button
[x] disable any "exit" button, ... button
[x] if possibile, the app goes back to home_kiosk anfter 2 minutes of inactivity
[x] disable Back button for Quit
[x] eng/ita trasnlations
[ ] new audio for the fastcrowd tutor (ENG/ITA)
