The creation of the pillars should work like this:

the first pillar raises from the floor and it's % and label are displayed in front all pillars quickly rotate to move to the second pillar the first pillar raises from the floor and it's % and label are displayed in front all pillars quickly again ... etc... ...until reaching the last pillar NOTE: during this animation the pillars should not be interactive!
