[Fonts] Tigrinya does not display correclty this char "፡" #170

Also the char "፤" (it seems to me that all/most of the "segni di punteggiatura" are missing... this is a comma "," in English): image

Some chars are still wrongly displayed: "፡" (https://symbl.cc/en/1361/) is used as a comma in the translations like in question_CivCul_1 or in intro_instant_translation
