Request: center vertical #5

Hey. First of all, let me thank you for your great work. Very handy tool.

I'm wondering if there is the possibility to implement the center icon feature for a vertical dock. Usually I just move mine to the left side of the screen and currently the app still leaves icons at the top.

Vertical centering has been added on latest commit. However, I'm not releasing yet, since it needs other features to complete at least to look usable (the other features added). You can always compile it to test.

Vertical centering on each taskbar (multimonitor) now is supported on this release https://github.com/vhanla/TaskbarDock/tree/v0.1.62
