9b06df97da0c breaks command-line options #114

When I was trying to resolve Issue 112, I found out command-line option --theme 
has no effects. I had to use Settings dialog to change themes.

After digging around, it's broken by r9b06df97da0c (-r 301), which was a fix 
for Issue 99. However, it would reset temp value causing command-line option 
totally useless and probably more, the Options is too complicated.

This is also related to Issue 109. I will reopen Issue 99 and this issue will 
block both 99 and 109.

The Options may need a serious overhaul.
