I'll have to debug this with him since I don't have a trackball.

I think I'll make this an options, if left + right mouse buttons are clicked, 
show the 
middle button as clicked.

Fixed in repository.  I'll need to create another build which I haven't done 
yet.

You will need to pass the parameter --emulate-middle to turn on this feature.
