Turkish translation for Desktop file

Hi,

I have made a small patch for key-mon desktop file for adding Turkish strings. 
If the patch is OK for you could you add it to key-mon?

Thanks for submitting the patch.

I am not familiar with desktop file. So I checked the doc, it says Encoding is 
deprecated [1], do we still need it?

And is there a reason that you rearranged Type's and Categories's position?

Yep, you're right. I checked KDE apps now, and they drop Encoding key from all 
desktop files. I'm updating my desktop file docs now. Thanks for info :)

There isn't a special reason for reordering keys but this usage was more common 
last time i checked. I don't sure know. It seems a lot of things have changed.
